Hindmarsh Bowden Health Group brought the team to Adelaide Convention Centre for a Christmas party with staff awards, a skyline view and a dance floor that actually saw some use. I photographed arrivals, team groups, the presentations and the party around them.

The night began with red-carpet arrivals and staff photographs in front of the branded backdrop. From there, I moved between group photos and candid moments as the room filled up.

Can one booking cover staff awards and the party afterwards?

Yes, with a coverage window that includes both. Send the awards run sheet and expected dance-floor timing so neither part is missed from the plan.

When should we organise staff group photos?

Put a group-photo window on the run sheet and give me a list of the teams or departments you need. An organiser who can gather people helps keep it brief.

Can you include the room setup and company branding?

Yes. Let me know when the room is ready and when guests arrive. At this party I photographed the Christmas styling, backdrop and venue as well as the guests.

How do we handle people who should not appear in photos?

Flag them with the organiser before coverage begins, along with any restrictions on public or internal use.

What do you need for Convention Centre event coverage?

The date, room name, access time, guest count, schedule, required groups and intended image uses. The coverage window should follow the parts of the night you want photographed.
