Event Photography Adelaide for Parties, Milestones and Community Events

I photograph birthdays, engagements, community events and public celebrations across Adelaide. The coverage is mostly candid, with quick direction for groups and the moments that need a little organisation.

Photography is $350 per hour + GST, with a two-hour minimum ($700 + GST). Solo photo + video coverage is $450 per hour + GST, with a two-hour minimum ($900 + GST). Send your event date and year, venue and coverage hours so I can check availability.

Coverage built around the people and the occasion

Before the event, I confirm the venue, timing, key people and anything that cannot be missed. On the day, I work around the celebration rather than turning it into a staged photo shoot.

What kinds of events do you photograph?

I cover birthdays, engagements, family gatherings, fundraisers, community events and public celebrations. Conferences, awards nights, launches and business functions are handled through the separate corporate event service.

What should I send before booking event photography?

Send the date, venue, run time, rough schedule, guest numbers and any people or moments that cannot be missed. Mention the delivery deadline and whether you also need video.

Will you take group photos as well as candid shots?

Yes. Most of the coverage is candid, but I can organise family groups, friends or formal moments quickly when they matter. A short list of required groups helps keep that part of the event moving.

Can event photography and video be planned together?

Yes. Photo and a short highlight film can share one brief when the timing and deliverables are agreed before the event. If video is the main requirement, the videography page explains the wider options.

How quickly are event photos delivered?

Delivery depends on the length of the event, gallery size and deadline. Tell me if the images are needed quickly for media, guests or social posts so the timing can be confirmed in the quote.

Is a birthday booked as an event or a family session?

Book it as an event when the priority is documenting the celebration, guests and key moments. A family portrait session is a better fit when the main goal is a directed set of family photographs rather than coverage of the whole occasion.
