What kinds of portrait sessions do you photograph?

I photograph individuals, couples, families, pets and milestone sessions around Adelaide. Professional headshots and business branding have their own specialist pages so this service can stay focused on personal portraits.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

That is completely normal. I direct posture, expression and simple movement throughout the session, then leave space for real reactions. Nobody needs to arrive with a catalogue of poses.

How do we choose a portrait location?

The location should suit the people, access, time of day and the feel you want. A park, urban area, home or other meaningful place can all work. I can help narrow it down once I know who is being photographed.

Can pets be included in the session?

Yes, when the location allows it. Bring treats, a lead and someone who can handle the pet between photographs. We can plan the important pet-inclusive images first before patience disappears.

What should I send before booking a portrait session?

Send who is being photographed, preferred dates, rough location, any accessibility needs and the reason for the session. Add examples of the mood you like if that is easier than trying to describe it.
