Long Island Retreat had two side-by-side riverfront homes in Murray Bridge ready for fresh listing photographs. Both were clean and empty when I arrived, with open rooms, natural light and the Murray River just outside.

Two homes, one visit

The owner managed the homes remotely, so access was arranged before the shoot. I photographed each property’s rooms and outdoor spaces for its Airbnb and Booking.com listings.

A different feel in each home

The first home had warmer tones and timber flooring. The second leaned towards a cooler palette and sharper lines. I kept the photography consistent while leaving those differences visible.

Can two neighbouring holiday rentals be photographed in one visit?

Yes. These two homes were covered together. Each still needs its own room list, access and preparation so both properties receive complete coverage.

Does the owner need to be at the property?

Not always. Access was arranged remotely for this job. Agree access instructions and a contact before the shoot, and flag any private or unavailable areas.

Can both listings look consistent without looking identical?

Yes. These homes had different finishes, so the photography kept those visible while using a consistent approach across the two sets.

Can the riverfront setting be included with the room photographs?

Yes. This shoot included exteriors and drone views as well as interiors. Name the outdoor features you need covered.

What should a remote host send before a shoot?

The addresses, access contact, room and amenity lists, deadline and intended platforms. Include any differences between the properties and requirements for drone or video.
