They needed: A professional event photographer in Adelaide An operational Headshot Hub activation for delegates Coverage of keynote speakers including Maggie Beer , Dr Fiona Kerr , Vishnu Nair , and Steven Warrior Candid images of networking and the welcome reception Sponsor and exhibitor content for post-event promotion But they also needed content that felt human — diverse, inclusive, professional. No staged grip-and-grins. No people mid-bite. No over-polished filters. And absolutely no empty chairs in wide shots.
