I photographed Urban Rest’s Hackney property inside and out, from the entry and shared spaces to bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies. The job also included digital staging for suites that were still waiting on furniture.

Inside the apartments

The room photographs cover bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony views. I also photographed the lobby, entry and branding to connect the individual suites with the rest of the building.

Digital staging was used for empty suites on this job. Identify the rooms that need it and keep digitally furnished images clearly distinguishable from photographs of the actual fit-out.

Can you include the lobby, balconies and building exterior?

Yes. This shoot covered those areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. Include them in the access plan and shot list.

How should we prepare several suite types?

Choose a representative suite from each type, finish cleaning and styling, and arrange access. Flag empty rooms separately if you want staging discussed.

Can images be planned for booking platforms and corporate materials?

Yes. Send the intended channels and any crop or format requirements before the shoot.
