The job came through PropertyNow — a platform that lets homeowners sell directly but still get pro-level marketing. They needed a clean, consistent media package that included: Interior and exterior photography Drone shots for street context A 3D virtual tour buyers could walk through A 2D floor plan to tie it all together The home itself was beautifully maintained — neutral tones, modern kitchen, and a backyard that clearly didn’t see many kids’ muddy boots. Every home tells a story, and this one started with elevation. The raised front yard and manicured hedges gave the façade some real presence — perfect for the hero drone shots.
