Conference recap
A focused film that brings together speakers, delegates, venue, sponsor context and the feel of the event.
SYDNEY CONFERENCE VIDEO
Film the sessions, people and details that have somewhere to go afterwards. The camera plan follows the final deliverables, not the other way around.

A two-day conference can produce far more footage than anyone wants to review. The job is to work out what the organiser, speakers, sponsors and marketing team will genuinely use, then cover enough to build it well.
That might be one strong recap, selected session edits, interviews, social clips or a deliberate mix. It should not be decided after the event.
NAMED PROJECT PROOF
Project location retained from the original film context; not presented as Sydney

A focused film that brings together speakers, delegates, venue, sponsor context and the feel of the event.
Complete or selected session edits, planned around camera positions, presentation content and audio access.
Short, purposeful interviews captured with enough time and a location that will not ruin the sound.
Short clips shaped for social, email, member communication or the next event, in the formats agreed upfront.
Start with what needs to be delivered, who needs it and where it will be published.
Map interviews, sessions, venue access, travel between spaces and the moments the recap needs.
Capture deliberate sequences and clean supporting material rather than trying to record everything.
The agreed review points, versions, formats and file delivery are handled against the original scope.
REPRESENTATIVE EVENT-FILM PROOF
This Fleet Space Technologies luncheon film demonstrates Shameless Visuals event coverage and editing. It is representative proof, not Sydney conference footage.
EVENT VIDEO FRAMES
Stage, audience, location, interviews and atmosphere all give the final event film enough variety to stay watchable and useful.

Send the programme and your rough wish list. I will turn it into a realistic capture and edit scope.
Usually, if the interview windows do not clash with priority sessions and there is a workable location for sound. Send the programme and venue layout so both can be planned properly.
Not to the exact second, but the type and number of outputs should be clear. A short recap, full session edit and series of social clips each require different coverage and post-production.
Yes. An early introduction helps confirm audio feeds, camera positions, presentation access and any restrictions. Venue AV support is useful, but it does not replace a video coverage plan.
That is set in the quote for the chosen deliverables. The approval contact and review process should be decided before editing starts, especially when several stakeholders are involved.
Include the date, venue, programme and the finished videos you think the team will need.
