The Brief — A medical association conference with plenty to coverGENCA’s 2025 National Conference brought together healthcare professionals from around the country for a jam-packed three-day program at the Adelaide Convention Centre . With speaker sessions, exhibitor booths, networking zones, and a gala dinner on the final night, the brief wasn’t small. They needed high-quality coverage of: Presenters and panels Board member headshots (done on-site) Trade show activation and sponsor visibility Crowd and networking candids A fully themed costume gala dinner The challenge? Make it look polished without getting in the way.
