The Brief — A medical association conference with plenty to cover
GENCA’s 2025 National Conference brought together healthcare professionals from around the country for a jam-packed three-day program at the Adelaide Convention Centre . With speaker sessions, exhibitor booths, networking zones, and a gala dinner on the final night, the brief wasn’t small. They needed high-quality coverage of: Presenters and panels Board member headshots (done on-site) Trade show activation and sponsor visibility Crowd and networking candids A fully themed costume gala dinner The challenge? Make it look polished without getting in the way.

Capturing real interactions
The priority was genuine conversation and connection. Handshakes, introductions, reactions, and those small in-between moments that actually define corporate relationships.

Wide shots were used intentionally to show people inside Fleet Space’s environment, not just close-ups that could have been taken anywhere.

The Adelaide Convention Centre’s layout helped streamline transitions between sessions, headshots, and the exhibition floor. The Gala Dinner — Costumes, colour, and a bit of chaos
GENCA’s final night wasn’t just drinks and speeches—it was a fully themed gala dinner , hosted in one of the Convention Centre’s larger function rooms . Attendees came dressed in costume, ready for awards, group photos, and questionable dance moves.
