From Keynotes to Gala Dinners: Capturing Every Moment at AUSIT 2025The brief for this three-day event sounded straightforward: cover the main conference at Hyatt Canberra , pre-conference workshops at ANU, the welcome reception at Verity Lane Market, and the big gala dinner. In practice, it meant sprinting between venues, navigating dimly lit rooms, capturing networking moments, branded sponsor displays, and somehow wrangling delegates for group shots without a megaphone. One highlight nobody was expecting? The gala dinner’s surprise Serbian dance performance—guests swapped lanyards for dance moves, and the energy could’ve powered half the city.
