Stage and session coverage
Keynotes, panels, audience response, Q&A and wide room frames that show scale.
CONFERENCES, SUMMITS AND ASSOCIATION EVENTS
Speakers, panels, delegates, sponsors and the room itself, covered with a practical plan so the gallery is useful to more than one team after the event.

Conference photography is not just a line of speaker photos. Organisers need stage coverage, engaged delegates, sponsor visibility, networking, venue context and enough variety for the recap, next year's promotion and stakeholder reporting.
The run sheet sets the backbone. Sponsor obligations and priority people are worked into it before the event, so the important frames are not left to chance.
NAMED PROJECT PROOF
Adelaide, South Australia

Keynotes, panels, audience response, Q&A and wide room frames that show scale.
Natural conversations, registrations, breaks and workshop moments without stopping the event.
Signage, activations, exhibition areas and branded context captured deliberately, not as an afterthought.
A varied edited gallery suitable for reports, LinkedIn, media, newsletters and next-event promotion.
Send the run sheet, floor plan, sponsor priorities and any must-have speakers or sessions.
We match the important moments to rooms, travel time and realistic access between sessions.
I work around speakers and delegates, step in for formal groups when needed, then get out of the way.
The file set and delivery timing are agreed before booking, including any priority selects that need separate handling.
REPRESENTATIVE CONFERENCE WORK
From the empty room and opening address to delegate reactions, sponsor activity and the conversations between sessions.

Send it through with the date and venue. I will help turn it into a practical coverage plan.
As soon as the date and venue are firm, especially for multi-day events or programmes with overlapping rooms. If the schedule is still changing, send the current version and we can scope around it.
Yes. Put the true obligations at the top, including specific signage, speakers, groups and activations. I will fit them into the run sheet and flag anything that clashes with another priority.
It depends on the rooms, timings and level of coverage required. One operator can move between nearby sessions with a realistic plan. If full concurrent coverage is essential, that needs to be solved in the scope.
Yes, if that need is agreed before the event. Tell me what the priority set is for, when it is needed and who approves it so the workflow is built around a real deadline.
Send the date, venue, programme shape and the outputs your team needs.
