What should an exhibitor photograph at an ACCPA-style conference stand?

Plan for wide frames that establish the exhibition floor, clean photographs of the stand, staff interactions, visitor conversations and details that identify the brand. The NNP project also used professional headshots at the stand, giving the client both event evidence and reusable portraits from one conference booking.

Can professional headshots be made at an active conference booth?

Yes, when a small usable position and short staff windows are planned before the floor becomes too busy. At the NNP stand, headshots became conversation starters rather than a separate studio production. The brief should identify who needs a portrait and when each person will be available.

How do you keep conference booth photographs from looking staged?

Let genuine conversations continue and photograph the exchange, expressions and branded context around them. A few organised team or stand frames can be added when traffic allows. The NNP gallery was built around relaxed booth activity and real connections, so constant stopping and posing would have undermined the purpose.

When should exhibition-floor photographs be scheduled?

Secure clean stand and team frames before peak traffic, then reserve the active period for visitor interactions and atmosphere. Headshots need individual availability windows. The conference run sheet, exhibitor access time and expected busy periods should be supplied so each part of the NNP-style brief has a realistic opportunity.

What should NNP-style conference photographs be briefed to show?
