Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business assets, we may transfer your information to the acquiring party.
Our Site uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being used. However, some parts of our Site may not function properly if you disable cookies.

Our website may offer an AI enquiry assistant to help visitors identify a service, answer approved public questions and prepare a shoot brief for follow-up by Corey.
When you start a chat, we collect your first name, email address, the messages you submit, the assistant’s responses, acknowledgement of the collection notice, and limited security and delivery metadata. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a response, contact you about that enquiry, protect the service from abuse, and operate and improve the enquiry process.
The chat is hosted through Cloudflare and chat text is processed by OpenAI. These providers may process information outside Australia. We keep your name and email separately from the text sent to the AI model. We do not give the AI assistant access to our email, private files, client records, accounting systems, website administration or internal business systems.
Raw chat transcripts are deleted after 30 days. If you enter your details but do not start a conversation, that abandoned record is deleted within 24 hours. A smaller enquiry record may be retained for up to 12 months so we can respond and manage the enquiry. If the enquiry becomes a booking, relevant information is handled with the normal client and business records. We do not use an enquiry email for marketing unless you separately choose to receive marketing.
If you choose “Remember this device”, your browser stores only a random conversation key for up to 30 days. The browser key does not contain your name, email address or chat text. It lets the assistant link a later visit on that device to the retained conversation, rotate the key and continue the enquiry. We may record the return visit number and tell Corey that an enquiry came from a returning visitor so he can follow up appropriately. You can avoid or remove this continuity by leaving the option unticked, selecting “Start a new enquiry”, or clearing this site’s browser data.
Do not enter passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive information into the chat. The assistant is an AI system and may make mistakes. Corey handles all quotes, availability decisions, bookings and binding commitments.
To request access, correction or deletion, email cm@shamelessvisuals.com and include the chat reference shown in the widget where possible.
Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Visitors under 13 should ask a parent or guardian to submit an enquiry. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
