This event was held in the Members Lounge — a softly lit room with dark walls, reflective surfaces, and a lot of chatter. Not exactly a studio. The goal was to deliver archival-quality event photography that didn’t require guests to stop mid-conversation. Using natural light and fast glass, all coverage was done with a mirrorless body, a 24–70mm lens, and a discreet 50mm for tighter frames. No flash, no fuss.
